At Kochōkai Karate in Bellshill, we offer confidence building sports instruction aimed at empowering individuals through the art of traditional karate. Our instructors are committed to providing a supportive and challenging environment for all skill levels.

Our class on a Wednesday is suitable for anyone over the age of 7. All grades are welcome.

What age groups do you cater to?
We cater to all age groups, from children to adults. Our classes are designed to meet the needs of different age brackets and skill levels.

Do I need any prior experience to join?
No prior experience is necessary to join our beginner classes. We welcome newcomers and will guide you through the basics of karate.

What should I wear to my first class?
For your first class, wear comfortable athletic clothing. As you progress, we recommend investing in a karate gi (uniform).
